罗曼蒂克

“浪漫”起源于中世纪法语中的“Romance”一词，侧重从主观内心世界出发，注重个人情感，形式较少拘束且自由奔放，抒发对理想世界的热烈追求。本案营造一种可诗可梦的氛围，用法式的优雅和慵懒，安放生活的诗意和疲惫。

「 Design & Appeal | 设计&诉求 」

本案业主是一对年轻的95后小情侣，女业主是很厉害的95后创业者，思维想法 独特 浪漫 知性。一开始就毫不犹豫选择要复古风。希望家有一定的温度，撞色，浪漫 ，融合中古，美式，轻复古等诸多元素质量又有品质。

三人居住，三只小宠，需要两房一书，空间感大，储藏功能齐全。第一次接触时就带着可爱小宠来公司了解装修信息，一看就是非常可爱有爱心的业主。性格也超级好，每个交流的点都能get到，当然最后效果也如期的展现了出来。

设计灵感：

撞色设计 用石膏线勾勒的奶白色背景，让复古风更为出彩。红色与墨绿色涂料的撞色设计，各尽其美。所以，世上并无永恒相克的颜色，只取决于如何搭配。

改造点：

1.入门收纳少

2. 厨房空间也据此

3. 餐厅不知道怎么布置好

4.客厅餐厅空间拥挤

5.过道没有装饰储藏

6.主卧室格局不够宽阔合理

7.卫生间拥挤收纳空间少

改动：

1.增加鞋帽柜收纳空间，与餐边柜的延伸更具延展性

2. 扩大厨房空间，高低操作台面，更符合人体学

3. 利用厨房隐形移门空间增加装饰柜与餐桌结合

4.原始客厅餐厅拥挤，大阳台一份二，利用休闲阳台纳入室内让客餐厅空间扩大

5.过道与次卧增加双面柜增加储藏空间

6.主卧室改善衣柜格局，主卧空间更宽阔合理

7.卫生间利用墙体增加女主人的收纳空间

01.

The hall

门厅

业主希望多的鞋帽储藏，爱宠的食物、零食、玩具，所以入户定制的鞋帽柜与餐边柜酒柜做了延伸，增加了空间。鞋柜与酒柜错落有致，门口通柜还专门定制一扇换衣镜门板，方便业主每天美美地出门。换鞋柜下预留常换鞋子空间，还设计了光源，好看又实用。

Owners want more shoes and hats to store, pet food snacks toys, so the custom shoe and hat cabinet and sideboard wine cabinet have been extended to increase the space. Shoe cabinets and wine cabinets are staggered, and the door cabinet is also specially customized with a changing mirror door panel, which is convenient for the owner to go out beautifully every day. Under the shoe changing cabinet, there is room for frequent shoe changes, and a light source is also designed, which is beautiful and practical.

The sitting room

客厅

客餐厅运用了三处拱形造型

1.连贯餐桌的拱形壁龛式装饰柜，设计感实用感都达到，还隐藏了厨房移门。

2.走道拱形门洞，缓解走道客餐厅的区域性，也与装饰柜的呼应。

3.利用拱形角 做了第三处拱形造型 ，弱化了原有阳台移门上方的矮梁。

The guest house uses three arches

1. The arched niche decorative cabinet of the coherent dining table, the design sense of practicality is achieved, and the kitchen sliding door is hidden.

2. The arched door opening of the road eases the regionality of the walkway guest restaurant, and also echoes with the decorative cabinet.

3. The use of arch angles made a third arch shape, weakening the low beam above the original balcony sliding door.

全屋整体色我们选择了持久耐看的蜜合色，把整屋色系连贯起来。

The overall color of the whole house We chose a long-lasting honey color to connect the whole house color system.

客厅棕色调沙发完全搭配整体风格，仿木质地板铺砖基本全屋整铺了。客厅地上一块米白相间的地毯恰到好处。墙面搭配金边宫廷装饰画组合点缀，完全呈现出复古又轻奢感。

客厅的小家具也是特别精心挑选，不需要非常昂贵，有质感，韵味即可。

The brown sofa in the living room fully matches the overall style, and the imitation wooden floor is basically paved throughout the house. A off-white carpet on the living room floor is just right. The wall is decorated with a combination of court decoration paintings in Phnom Penh, which presents a retro and light luxury.

The small furniture of the living room is also particularly carefully selected, does not need to be very expensive, has texture, charm can be.

原始客厅空间小，利用大阳台一分二设计。休闲阳台纳入室内让客餐厅空间更大了视野更通透了，整屋用了中央空调后，西南与生活阳台的外机空间也利用起来做的杂物间，又满满的增加了收纳空间。

The original living room space is small, using a large balcony for a two-part design. The leisure balcony is included in the interior so that the living room space is larger and the view is more transparent, and after the central air conditioning is used in the whole house, the outside space of the southwest and living balcony is also used to make a utility room, and the storage space is full.

这个走道就是连贯性的第三个拱形门洞，回访时业主曾说过“哇，这个过道太有仪式感，每天从卧室出来感觉自己像女王，开启一天满满的活力。”

This walk is the third arched opening of coherence, and the owner once said on the return visit, "Wow, this aisle is so ritualistic, every day out of the bedroom feels like a queen, starting a day full of vitality."

Restaurant

餐厅‍

利用厨房隐形移门空间增加连贯餐桌的壁龛式装饰柜。

Take advantage of the kitchen"s invisible sliding door space to add niche decorative cabinets that run through the dining table.

复古不是一味的堆砌，在软装搭配中，小而美的复古小物，在精不在多。拱形壁龛柜内可以摆放业主喜欢的各种小摆件，可爱的各种马克杯玻璃杯，满满的都是生活仪式感。

Retro is not blindly piled up, in the soft decoration collocation, small and beautiful retro small things, in the fine is not much. The vaulted alcove cabinet can be placed in a variety of small ornaments that the owner likes, and a cute variety of mug glasses, full of a sense of life ritual.

The kitchen

厨房

在原厨房空间里略扩大了纵向空间，白色小格子墙砖，空间感又放大了。黑白色调橱柜更有层次感，高低错落的操作台面，非常符合人体学，水槽增高洗碗也不会腰酸了。

In the original kitchen space, the longitudinal space was slightly expanded, and the white small lattice wall tiles were enlarged, and the sense of space was enlarged again. The black and white cabinets are more layered, the high and low operation countertops are very ergonomic, and the sink is raised to wash the dishes and will not be sore.

The bedroom

主卧室

主卧采用了流行暖色墙面搭配轻法的黑色实木床具及宫廷感四件套，绒布面料窗帘搭配蕾丝轻纱，墙面仅挂一幅宫廷画做装饰，就满满的散发复古韵味。

The master bedroom adopts the popular warm color wall with a light black solid wood bed and a four-piece set of court sense, flannel fabric curtains with lace light yarn, and the wall is decorated with only a court painting, which is full of retro charm.

卧室取消了一贯L形的衣帽柜，保留一组平行衣柜，空间大大增加，然后卧室也没有配置电视柜和电视，特意设计中把插座电源下排，预留大片墙面给投影空间，减少了繁杂的装饰。

The bedroom canceled the usual L-shaped coat cabinet, retained a set of parallel wardrobes, the space was greatly increased, and then the bedroom was not equipped with a TV cabinet and a TV, and the socket power supply was deliberately designed to be arranged, and a large wall was reserved for projection space, reducing the complicated decoration.

Parents" room

父母房

次卧室现在是业主母亲居住，不一样的色调，使老人房也有了年轻色彩。设计上也是独特的想法，放弃常规门板衣柜，改为组装式储藏衣帽间，运用蜂窝折叠门，卧室空间不再拥挤，也让储藏空间大大增加，可以放上很大行李箱。

The second bedroom is now the owner"s mother living, a different color, so that the elderly room also has a young color. The design is also a unique idea, abandoning the conventional door panel wardrobe, changing to an assembled storage cloakroom, using honeycomb folding doors, the bedroom space is no longer crowded, but also allows the storage space to be greatly increased, you can put a large suitcase.

The balcony

阳台

阳台空间摒弃常规洗衣机伴侣布局，只放了洗衣烘干机，诠释了现下年轻人的生活方式，让生活更简单了。边上的原外机空间也利用起来做了杂物间。

The balcony space abandons the conventional washing machine companion layout and only puts a washer and dryer, which explains the lifestyle of young people and makes life simpler. The original external machine space on the side was also used to make a utility room.

Toilet

卫生间

卫生间大胆用色 黑 白 红瓷砖拼色 碰撞出不一样的效果,这也是业主喜欢的大胆色系，出来的效果出乎意料的好看。

卫生间虽小，也做了干湿分区，保证了每个空间的独立性，马桶后原有管道空间增加墙壁储藏架，方便收纳 ，台盆对面墙体利用墙面空间增加女主美妆收纳空间。

The bathroom boldly uses color black white red tile patchwork collision out of the different effect, which is also the owner"s favorite bold color system, the effect is unexpectedly good-looking.

Although the bathroom is small, it has also done dry and wet partitioning, ensuring the independence of each space, adding a wall storage shelf to the original pipe space after the toilet, which is convenient for storage, and the wall opposite the basin uses the wall space to increase the female beauty storage space.
